He graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where he was a member of the National Jesuit Honor Society and the National Honor Societies in Political Science, Social Science and History. He graduated from Bergen Catholic High School in Oradell, New Jersey.

He maintains a client-oriented, general civil practice in Atlantic County and the surrounding areas. He is a member of the Atlantic County Bar Association. He is married and has two daughters.
